At Bethencourt Bakehouse, we bake fresh, naturally leavened bread in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Because great sourdough takes time, we work on a preorder basis to minimize waste and bring you the freshest bread possible and on a few pop-up events arround town. 

Right now, you can buy our bread in three different ways:

Order directly Hotplate.com/BethencourtBakehouse

1.- Preorders Open on Monday morning – Place your order starting Monday for the upcoming baking.
2.-  Order by Tuesday Night – The ordering window closes Tuesday evening so we can start the slow fermentation process.
3.- Pick Up on Thursday Afternoon – Swing by Eve & Murray's Farm to Home in West Acton, MA, from 1:30 to 5 pm to pick up your fresh sourdough.

This model allows us to focus on quality over quantity, reduce food waste, and ensure you get the best handcrafted bread possible.

Eve & Murray's in West Acton (Saturday)

You can find us at a pop-up event every Saturday at noon at Eve & Murray’s in West Acton. We’ve been selling out fast, so come early if you’d like to grab some bread.

Debra's Natural Gourmet (Tuesday and Thursday).

We are delivering our bread on Tuesday and Thursday at Debra's Natural gourmet in West Concord.
